About Me/ Company

Just Dogs World is the trading name for a local dog walking and sitting service in Rutland.
Full of dog lovers who want to make sure that dogs have the best quality of life and enjoy being a dog!

Previous Experience

Mary Rose is a farmers daughter and has had dogs for all of her life and has bred Labradors too. She has two dogs of her own now; Riley a 7 year old Staffie and Bertie a 4 year old English Springer. Mary has had up to 5 dogs at any one time, sadly two of her girls died last year and are yet to have replacements!
Mary has had cats and Ponies as well over the years and currently has a ginger cat called Rusty who sleeps in abox on her desk!

Mary works as a volunteer at an animal rescue shelter and with a dog day care centre where dogs run as a pack, also she has links with the Blue Cross and the Dogs Trust and is learning from from dog behavioursits.

Any walkers who work from Just Dogs World are similar in background and love of dogs and will have been vetted by MR and are insured.

Qualifications & Training

Mary Rose has no agricultural qualifications - just life experience- she does have masters levels of qualifications from corporate life which she is just retiring from - that she refers to as the Animal Farm!
Other walkers hold animal related qualifications and are mostly from animal working organisations.

Relevant Info

Just Dogs World will eventually become part of a charitable Dogs Hostel in 2015 which will take in older dogs to live in a community of doggy heaven & care - until they depart to the big kennels in the sky!
