About Me/ Company
I am a fit and healthy 64 year old lady, recently retired. Having moved from Weymouth where I was the 'donkey lady' owning 8 donkeys, winning many awards for the best kept donkeys.
I now live in Surbiton, Surrey and help my daughter with childcare three afternoon per week (mon/tue/wed) whilst she goes to work.
Unfortnately, the flat I rent does not allow pets. I greatly miss not having any animals and would love the opportunity of helping to care for and exercise other people's dogs.
I am definitely an 'animal' person and often prefer their company to some humans! Although, of course I get on with humans as well!
I have a CRB certificate which is dated 2005 from my 'donkey' days.
Previous Experience
Have always, until moving here in May 2011, had my own animals. Dogs, cats, horses and of course, donkeys. I believe my old website for the donkeys is still available maggiesdonkeys.co.uk. I believe the name has been changed to west hill donkeys but my profile/work remains veiwable.
This is probaby not really relevant. However, I was a community nurse for 16 years previous to moving to Weymouth in 2002.
