About Me/ Company

I am an active mature lady just retiring from working full time in legal/insurance and am wanting to expand a previously part time job dog and horse sitting into a full time occupation. I have references from regular clients and I have a lifetime experience with companion animals.

Previous Experience

I have references from regular clients and I have a lifetime experience with companion animals and large animals. I Am an owner of home bred Jack Russell and Parson Russell Terriers and until recently competed extensively for many years all over the country in dog agility competitions, including at Crufts. All my dogs have been trained up by me from scratch up to competing at championship level

Qualifications & Training

Predominantly practical experience and I used to be a member of agility clubs when I was competing regularly including training with Steve Croxford in Leicestershire when he coach of the GB agility team. I have excellent knowledge of health and safety issues as this has been my full time job from which I am retiring . I am also qualified as a Reiki master which is helpful with nervous dogs

I live in North Shropshire near Whitchurch on a farm and have extensive off road dog walking available as well as safe and quiet on road walking available and a comfortable dog friendly home for visiting dogs to live in with my canine family

I have lots of experience of caring for dogs with health issues that mean they require special attention eg elderly dogs suffering from cognitive degeneration, pregnant bitches, epileptics and I have an excellent local vet practice available
