One year or more: I am looking for such a job live in that will allow me to ONLINE study (website PROGRAMMING) at the same time having a regular job that will satisfy your needs, for example (the best options):

House sitting, Pet sitting & Dog walking, regularly keeping your property tidy (mopping, hoovering, dust furniture, etc.), supplying (toiletries (toilet papers etc), shopping food, etc.), watering plants in your house, upkeeping your garden....or/and suggest. I am a male with a lot of experience of house sitting / keeping mentioned above.

I am educated (HND/HNC, Management Of Medium Size Company, Managing Clerk / Accounts Clerk and Marketing) and with experience in management / business. I love to be in progress, doing a creative work, I love music. I am a musician who decided to stall a work on my music project because I love music tooo much to make a commercial music for living. That's why I am going to make money for living as a website programmer after I finish the intensive study, to have a freedom making music as a "professional hobby", only. Website programming is a creative work (that I love so much) where the progress is almost unlimited. IT, Internet, is the future, the field incessantly increasingly progressing. Furthermore, in the future, as a freelancer website programmer except working for my clients, I am going to build the best music website ever. (I know, at least I will do my best to do so.) So, music will stay a part of my work even I will work as a programmer.

(Furthermore, if you have a property abroad in an ENGLISH speaking country, I am willing to move for that country to look after your property (for example, do you use your property usually for a holiday on the south and when you are not there, your property needs someone to be there for all year long? (the Caribbean/the West Indies: American / English Islands (Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Cayman Islands, the Bahamas, etc.), USA (Florida, California, the southern coast) or suggest.

*An air ticket (including money for a return ticket), daily food and pocket money is necessary if it is abroad. If it is here in London/UK, the food and pocket money is subject to your location, so it means, maybe not needed. If the location is out of London in UK, a ticket for public transport (including money for a return ticket) is necessary. (Free fast internet necessary anywhere. A computer NOT necessary. I do have my own one. No matter where it will be, free live in is necessary to save time.

Because time means a great value for me to be able to study intensively, I cannot travel every day to a property(ies) because the journeys is wasting of time, no matter the property(ies) would be in London. The best option for me is to do the work in ONE property and live in because I mainly looking for house (pet) sitting, NOT mainly house keeping. "I do not watch money but I do watch time." That's why, please, contact me if you mainly looking for a house (pet) sitter, not house keeper. All the work (tidying, dog walking, etc.) should take up to two hours per day. On the other hand, you can be sure I will be watching your house at least 12 hours daily because I will be working with my computer almost for all the days in your house. I am interested in a long term arrangement (at least one year or more).
