About Me/ Company

Mature lady with many years experience with dogs and various other fur and feathered friends. Assistance dog volunteer puppy trainer. Love animals, offer a service for dog walking in either half hour or full hour sessions, if you're away I will gladly feed and visit a couple of times daily cats, dogs, rabbits, ducks, chickens to name but a few and care for them in their own home. Feed, check water, clean the cat litter tray if needed, spend some time with them, cuddles if required, and settle them down. This service is charged per time and not per animal. Have you got a new puppy but work during the day? I can pop in a make sure pup is OK, let him out for a toilet break, feed him if necessary, spend a bit of time with him. We welcome regular and occasional clients and do our best to provide a flexible, tailored service to suit both owner and dog/pets. We also provide a 'let out' service where we will visit your home and let your dog out for a 'wee' break during the day staying for around 10 minutes.

Previous Experience

Had dogs as pets for many years, thoroughly enjoy their company. Volunteer for national assistance dog organisation doing basic training to a level where pups can move on to more advanced training. Studying behaviour and training methods.

Qualifications & Training

Completed Think Dog course by Alpha Education with Sarah Whitehead , an intermediate award in canine behaviour and training and am keen to progress through to instructor level.

Relevant Info

I always visit to meet you and your dog/animal. At the meeting I like to ask a number of questions about the animal in question, for instance what's he like on a lead, how is he with other dogs, can he have treats, vets and your contact number, do's and don'ts, likes and dislikes etc. This way I get the meet the dog so he gets to know me and the time we have together will be healthier and happier and fun.
