About Me/ Company

I am a caring, responsible, 20 year old psychology student, studying at the University of Leicester so I have plenty of spare time to walk or sit for your dogs. I have grown up with dogs in my household, in fact the day my parents brought me home from the hospital after I had been born, they had also brought home a retired police sniffer dog. Unfortunately as I am a student in rented accommodation I am unable to have a dog of my own and miss the company of loving, loyal animals which is my main reason for signing up to this website as a dog walker/sitter. I am confident in promising that any dog I look after would be treated with the greatest amount of care and responsibility.

Previous Experience

My previous experience of dog care dates from my childhood. In previous years I have owned a male retired labrador police sniffer dog, a rescued female dalmatian and an aberdeen terrier taken in from a family friend who could no longer house him. I also used to walk my neighbours' female collie cross for them. Each had very different personalities and temperaments so I am aware of the differing and unique needs that every individual dog may have. I can be strict with puppies who may need discipline and structure in their routines, I can provide long hours and plenty of energy wearing activity for dogs who require a lot of exercise or I can take my time walking older dogs who may still need exercise but without too much strain on their bodies.
