About Me/ Company

Hi!

I am currently 20 years old and studying a degree in Wildliffe Conservation with Natural Resource Management at Harper Adams University, Shropshire. During the holidays and some weekends I am based near Burton on Trent, Staffordshire.

I also have an Extended National Diploma in Animal Management which I achieved to D*D*D* at Reaseheath College, Cheshire. I also completed a year of a Veterinary Nursing degree at Harper Adams, before deciding it was not for me and transferred to conservation!

I have my own transport, and have no qualms with having dogs in the car if you require me to take them elsewhere for a walk etc!

Previous Experience

I have plenty of experience with dogs; I have grown up with them (Border Collies and German Shepards), and have also walked a couple of dogs in my village to help out my neighbours. (Jack Russell, Weineramer & Staffordshire Bull Terrier).

We took an animal handling module in college in which we were taught the correct way to handle dogs; we also took a grooming, and a behaviour module which further helped us understand the behaviour of dogs.

I have also worked for a year at Eland Lodge Equestrian on the yard, mucking out, feeding, rugging up, turning out etc. However I do not ride.

Relevant Info

I have my own reliable transport.

I can only provide Daycare services during my holidays.
My holidays are (roughly) mid December-mid January, mid April-mid May, and mid June-end of September.

Extra services would come at an extra charge; this will be reasonable and can be negotiated.

I do not have insurance.

Other Services

I am also willing to look after other pets/small holding animals if required; I have no qualms with reptiles etc as we also got very used to handling these in college. I will also water your plants etc if you are away!

I also have experience with farm animals (cattle, sheep, chickens,, pigs etc)

I am also willing to provide cleaning services if required.
