About Me/ Company

I am 19 years old, currently in Year 13 at Jersey College for Girls and I hope to go to university in September to study Animal Behaviour and Welfare. I have always been very interested in working with animals and would like to work with assistance dogs in the future.

Previous Experience

I have been volunteering at the JSPCA for 6 months, twice every week. I work with the dogs, which involves walking and training them. I also help out with cleaning the kennels and assisting on open days. Working at the JSPCA has given me a better understanding of working with dogs and has reinforced my desire to work with animals in the future.
I have also looked after friends' dogs while they have been on holiday. For this I stayed at their house and walked and fed the dog every day.
I have also volunteered on a farm where I walked their 3 dogs and helped out with their sheep and chickens.
