About Me/ Company

My name is Lauren Read, I am 17 years old. I absolutely adore dogs and have tried multiple times to get a job caring for dogs. I am not allowed a dog so I can't imagine anything better than being able to spend time with lots of different dogs.

Previous Experience

I spent 2 years working at a stale which always had dogs running around. I am always the first person family and friends ask to look after their pets if they are going away or aren't able to give their pet enough attention. I used to walk my neighbours dog until he became too rough and a bit aggressive around other dogs. I have had lots of work experience in veterinary surgeries, so I have learnt how to handle animals in the best way if they are unwell.

Qualifications & Training

I don't have any relevant qualifications in animal management, but I am so keen to learn and would love to expand my experience. I love animals and hope to become a veterinary nurse in the future and I think this would be the perfect place to start off from.

Relevant Info

I am currently in full time education so I am quite limited on weekdays during the day but any times after 5 I am available. I am also available all day on the weekend so I can be very flexible and can be called on short notice if necessary.
