About Me/ Company

Hi, my name is Lana, I live in Winchester Hampshire. Currently studying English Literature in my last year! I live with my housemates Stephen, Kayla and Adam. I'm from South Wales, but really love Winchester, that's why I am staying here over the summer!

I have many interests, I love dancing and used to do latin American and ball room when I was younger. I enjoy writing, and have written for the University magazine, as journalism and travel writing is something I think I would like to pursue. I would like to do this while travelling, hopefully after uni I will do a TEFL course to teach English as a foreign language. I love socialising, going to gigs and pubs with friends. I have recently joined a gym, and am quite keen to get fit and healthy over summer, hopefully dog walking can help this! I work in Monsoon over the weekends, but I am free through the week days.

Previous Experience

I have mainly worked in restaurants, cafes, and pubs. However, I have always been brought up with dogs, so I am very comfortable with them, and I would say I am naturally good with them. I have had experience with many breeds which I think is useful as personalites and traits vary quite a lot depending on the type of dog.

I would say the main thing I miss at home is my dog Zippy (she's a mearle, lurcher) I love walking her, feeding, and playing with her. I have had experience caring for dogs while they give birth, and looking after puppies. I alos used to look after my friends dog Ali who was disabled.
