About Me/ Company

Hello,my name is kelly and I live in Huddersfield,in my past i have worked in a R.S.P.C.A animal shelter and at Marina Kennels [a local council run kennels] then life took me in a different direction as it does and i ended up working in retail and admin positions,also raising a family there just wasn't the time to have a family dog.Now that my children are 13 and 8 and my contract was ended at the University where i last worked........i applied to The Guide Dogs for the Blind and was accepted as a Guide Dog puppy walker and we are getting our first puppy end of this month!! very excited haha. So hence me being on here as what could be better.....a job where i get to work with dogs and what a excellent socialising experience for the Guide Dog puppy.

Previous Experience

Two years working for the RSPCA in sheffield, daily care and responsibilty of the welfare of the animals and getting them ready for adoption. one year at Marina Kennels,daily care and exercise,also basic training of the dogs brought in by the dog wardens.
