About Me/ Company

I have lived on a farm most of my life and so looking after the various animals was second nature,the livestock and the pets. My greatest love was for the ponies and horses and I began working in the horse racing industry aged 18,a lot of the old racing lads didn't want women coming into racing and would often try and frighten you enough with some of the horses you had to ride so that you would leave,I never ever did! This was in 1978,not the dark ages! I remained in racing for over 30 years and still keep my hand in with the two horses I have at home here. at present I only have one little dog,a Jack Russell,who often comes long rides with me and when she tires I pull her up to lie across the horse's withers/saddle pommel. we have 3 other terriers which are the farm ratting dogs,working dogs and an old labrador whose days of shooting parties are over and who just potters around as and where he wants.
