About Me/ Company
Our company is K9 Care Centre Ltd is based in South Ayrshire, we provide a range of professional services to our clients. We are fully insured and experienced in animal care. Our aim is to provide a complete service to our clients. We care about the dogs in our care and do everything we can to make sure your dog enjoys being with us and is comfortable and relaxed.
Previous Experience
The owner has over 30 years experience in working with dogs of all ages and sizes. Having been employed in the veterinary nursing sector and dog grooming sector for many years you can rest assured your dog is in safe hands. My own dogs are working dogs, our Newfoundlands are water search and rescue dogs. Our springer spaniel and border terrier are in training for search and rescue work.
Qualifications & Training
Our staff are City and Guilds Qualified in Dog Grooming.
Our staff have attend regular courses in Canine First Aid, Tellington TTouch,
The owner holds qualifications in Advanced Nutrition for Dogs, Advanced Healthcare for Dogs, Advanced Care and Maintenance of Dogs, Advanced Breeding and Genetics for Dogs, Advanced Handling and Restraint for Dogs, Intermediate and Advanced Canine Psychology and Microchipping.
Other staff members have qualifications in Animal care and Holistic Therapy.

We regularly run Canine Behaviour and Canine First Aid Courses for pet owners and those working with dogs as a career

We are also a City and Guilds Dog Grooming Training centre, we provide a range of grooming courses for pet owners and those wishing to change careers. We also offer refresher grooming courses and Grooming Seminars at our premises.
