About Me/ Company
Over the course of the next few years, I will be looking to gain priceless experience with our canine companions as I hope to further my knowledge of these wonderful animals. I myself am an extremely athletic and outgoing person who thrives in situations where my heart rate is excelled and will make an ideal companion for your dog to use as a source of either fun, company, or to burn off high levels of excess and built up energy whilst you are away from home for various reasons, as this is a vital part of their balance and happiness in life with humans.
Dog psychology is where I am beginning my new journey, and within the next month I will be undertaking my first online certification course for this topic which will last 6 months which I will be graduating on to study a diploma in. Meanwhile, practical experience will benefit me building confident and calm relationships with many different shapes and sizes of dogs and help build a great platform for me to continue my theory side of my education.
Not only will I exercise and provide your dog with exercise and fun, I will always provide them with boundaries, limitations and some basic obedience, remember, a dog loves to please us, and find purpose and self worth in rules boundaries and limitations, we need to respect the animals that are inside them and how they perceive the world differently from us.
For this reason, I am willing to Dog Walk in the local community for free and will also be looking to volunteer at the local SPCA centre in Dalmilling.
*Please note that upon arrival, unlike many dogsitters I will not approach excitedly, not make eye contact nor talk to or touch the animals, this is how any unfamiliar dog should be approached of any temperament, allowing them time to use their nose to check you and your energy out, this also let's the dog remain in a calm state and reinforces meeting people with being calm, and is the first step towards building a strong calm and dominant role with the animals, do not perceive it as rude or ignorant as dogs do not think nor act on emotion the way we do, they will see it as receiving respect and required time to sense if you are a threat or not, ifbyoyr beloved is wary of strangers, and mat bark, remain calm, as any displayed emotion will be used as a fuel for their excitement and emotion, I will take as much time required to let your beloved feel calm and trustworthy around me'
The key is always to remain calm and assertive, I look forward to any opportunity I receive!
