Details:
We are looking for someone to walk our gorgeous chocolate brown Working Cocker Spaniel for us, at least twice a week (Wed and Thurs) but also occasionally on a Monday if possible.
He is 14 months old, and is generally well trained (doing gun-dog training) and well-behaved (most of the time!). Recall to a whistle. He gets on well with other dogs (but is generally more interested in running around the woods like a lunatic than in playing!).
We would probably prefer Bertie to be walked on the lead to start with and then, perhaps after a few walks together (with me joining) we will be confident that he will come back to you when asked. If possible, we would love someone with gundog experience to walk him so that his training can continue whilst we are at work.
