Details:
I am requiring a dog lover to walk my lovely friendly Bedlington terrier. I have recently had a baby and feel I struggle to take her out on regular walks. Therefore I want her to be taken out 3-4 times at a regular time, preferably morning.
Elise is very friendly towards people and other dogs, however very giddy when meeting other dogs and sometimes does not get the message when other dogs don't want to play with her.
She does jump up at people, so unfortunately, unless there is nobody about I don't let her off lead as she would jump up at people and muddy them!!!!! I would ideally like her to be walked with other dogs to see if this would de-sensitize her from being so giddy with other dogs.
She is very well mannered and listens to commands, like sit, wait, paw, high five, spin, stand, etc. However, if she is off lead and sees another dog, she would run over to greet it, even if you shouted her not to. She just cant help herself.
Any contact would be much appreciated to discuss a possible job.
