Details:
Looking for a dog walker 5 days a week (Mon - Fri) to walk our dog Sacha for an hour around lunchtime.
We are moving to Didcot in early June.
I work in London and will commute every day, which leaves our 3 year old, male (but snipped), golden retriever (Sacha) needing a walker 5 times a week - preferabley in the middle of the day.
You will be given keys and will need to pick him up and drop him off.
Sacha is a typical golden, a very sociable boy who loves to play. He gets on well with almost all dogs and is used to having a walker as he did when we lived in London last year. He intrigrated into Laura's (our walkers) pack quickly and easily and she always told us that it was great to have Sacha on a walk as he was so lively and playful that he got everyone to join in and they were all exhausted at the end of the walk.
He walks fine off lead.
His 3 best friends were a 3 yr old female lab, a very large male ridgeback and a crazy mongrel about a 1/3 of his size!
He has a bit of alpha in him so does not like being overly dominated and has had the occasional tussel - so putting him with another strong alpha is not a good idea.
We walk him every morning and evening so we need a middle of the day walk to stop the boredom and allow him the bathroom.
