Hi there
My girlfriend and i) have 2 whippets who need walking!!
Due to a change in working circumstances we are now both out of the house for most of the working day
Ideally we are looking for someone who can come round to our house and walk the dogs for 45mins to an hour or... just let them out and/or spend time with them outside probably 3 to 4 days a week.
a bit about the dogs
Woody is 4 and was rescued from Battersea. He is super friendly with everyone dogs, people, kids. He spends most of his time lounging around the house sleeping but when he gets out of the house he likes to say hello to everyone and sprint (when he\'s allowed)
Lebowski is very much the same as woody.. very friendly in the house and loves to sleep. However when Lebowski leaves the house he gets a little scared of the world! he doesn't mind people but he\'s petrified of other dogs big or small. he just likes to keep himself to himself outdoors.
Being sight hounds they have a chase instinct when off lead, if they see a Squirrel they like the look of or a cat they will chase at break neck speed and unless they decide to stop. So an understanding of the breed is essential. They\'ve been well trained and walk very well on a lead and also never chase while on the lead but it\'s something to bear in m mind. They can never be let off the lead unless in completely enclosed space (heard to come by but there a few within distance of our house that we normally walk on).
We\'re based in SE18 walking times are flexible from 11am to 3pm for 45 minutes to an hour?
I was hoping to have someone start tomorrow Monday 10th but haven't had any luck yet.
