Details:

I will be moving to Frinton in the next few weeks. I recently had spinal surgery and cannot walk Jasmine at the moment. I require an hour a day, preferably in the morning. Jasmine has very poor vision due to congenital cataract (she manages very well but has little close discriminating vision). She is NEVER walked off lead.
