Details:
Elsie is a 6 year old Maltese that I rescued 5 years ago. Since then I have been able to walk her most days but now, due to arthritis I am finding it harder and harder to get about.
Elsie deserves more time out and about and I would like someone caring with doggy experience to help her out.
