I have a gorgeous 2 and a half year old field trial breed Labrador retriever called dexter. I need someone who can be flexible as I work shifts which change weekly on a rolling ten week programme. He spends too much time alone and I'd like for him to have a walk on my long shift days with the possibility of having somewhere to go and stay on the odd occasion I'd like to go out for the evening and no he was with someone who would cuddle and keep him company. He's a very cuddly dog but a bundle of energy. He's fine with other dogs, is better off the lead chasing his ball, he will go out with anyone who has his lead and stays close at all times. I just feel he is short changed sometimes and would like someone who could walk him, give him a cuddle and see him as the gorgeous boy he is not just a job to get out of the way.
