Details:
Dog's owners are disabled and moving to sheltered housing. They want to keep Badger but cannot manage taking her out for a pee etc. One option (an alternative to frequent visits by a dog walker) is "dog share" in which Badger is at the sheltered housing during the day (when the owners' carer can take her out briefly) and STAYS WITH SOMEONE ELSE OVERNIGHT. So we are looking for someone who would like to collect Badger in the evening, take her to their home for the night, walk her in the morning and return her to her owners during the day. This might suit someone who works and cannot keep a dog during the day. Badger is used to different people and very sociable, so we think she would be fine with this sort of arrangement. The sheltered housing is close to Royston Heath so lovely for a walk in the morning!
