Dog walking & home visits urgently required--Lambourn, W Berks
I have recently taken up a new post in the Ministry of Defence, involving occasional 2-3 nights away from home and occasional long working days. I am looking for someone to provide dog walking/home visit, perhaps overnight stays at Sitters house on the occasions when I am away. There is not a strict pattern to my work schedules, BUT I would be able to give at least a week's notice of when I needed help.
My dog, Reeba, is an 11 year old Border Collie who loves people but avoids other dogs, unless she knows them! She is suffering from heart valve disease, and although showing no physical symptoms, she is slowing down. She likes 2 walks per day of approx 30 mins, is highly obedient and loves human interaction.
I am looking for someone who could walk Reeba alone and could provide day care--feeding etc, and perhaps overnight stays at the sitter’s house. Given Reeba's heart condition, I would ideally like a mature individual with dog experience
