I live in Birmingham and have recently started a relationship with someone who lives in Leicester. He has just moved into rented accommodation and I will need Rolo & Reggie to stay overnight with someone in Leicester (ideally near Oadby) a couple of weekends a month. I am able to drop them off & collect them on way home. I cannot confirm times at this stage and you must have a garden.
I am aware that Staffies do not have the best PR but every dog & dog owner is different. My dogs are very much loved and do not display aggressive behaviour. I found Rolo when she was pregnant & rather than allow her to be taken to the Dog's Home, I kept her & helped raise her pups until they were ready to go. All apart from one went to a Staffie Rescue. Rolo would be happy sleeping on the sofa all day and Reggie will happily play & follow you around to see what you're up to.
They currently go to a dog-sitter 3 days a week whilst I am at work and Toni, who looks after them, has 2 rescue dogs of her own plus a toddler and really loves having my 2. This is a fairly urgent requirement as I need to know I have somewhere safe & reliable & trustworthy for them to go, which will give me peace of mind.
