Hello,
I am going away in August for 3 weeks (dates yet to be confirmed) My mum usually has my dog, but we are hopefully going together, If I can find someone suitable to have my dog.
I rescued him at 14 months from a kennels, so I would not send him back to that environment. I am looking for a home environment, preferably with no small children.
My pooch, isnt keen on other dogs/animals, so he would need to be the only animal in your care. (except caged/tanked animals)
Would we (me and the dog) be able to come and visit you a few times prior to the stay? So he could get use to you/ your home?
It takes a while for him to get use to new people, but once he has got to know you, he is just so loving.
A few other things to consider, he can not be walked off the lead or be with other animals, and he may need drops putting in his ears and leaving outside to shake them off which he isnt keen on.
I would provide his food/treats for his stay, we loves a walk a day, but most importantly he likes attention and company. He is fully house trained, and wont chew.
