Details:
We would like a dog to complete our family but we both work full time and would not be able to care for a dog during the week days. We would like to secure suitable day care prior to visiting the rescue centre so that we know we can offer any dog a good life and not be leaving them in the home alone most days.
We are looking for a small to medium male dog with good temperament and at least basic training.
We would like care for at least 4 hours in the middle of the day or all day. We are flexible in terms of dropping the dog off ( obviously this would entail all day care) or him being collected from our home. We would like someone with genuine love for dogs and someone who will treat them as their own.
As we havent got the dog yet we dont know whether he will mix well with other dogs, but we hope to get a dog that will be able to be group walked, as long as they have off lead time.
Ideally, you would also be able to care for our dog when we take holidays too rather than him going into kennels but this is not essential.
