Hi -
My name is Chris and I am looking for a dog sitter to look after Oscar, my Staffie-cross, whilst I am working.
I am looking for a dog sitter from about 9,00/9.30am-2pm Monday-Friday. Oscar can be collected and dropped off from my home. He will not need to be fed as I will given him breakfast before he is collected and his main meal when he comes home. What I need is someone to look after him, walk him and generally entertain him.
Oscar is 3 yrs old, 'fixed', and a very muscular 23kg. He loves people and is good with adults and children. He gets on very well with small dogs (pugs/jack russells/boston terriers, etc.). He is not so keen on medium sized male dogs, although what he mostly objects to is being overly sniffed/other dogs getting right underneath him! He is fine with older dogs who leave him alone, big dogs and female dogs. He loves to play fetch, football and tug. He also loves cuddles and belly rubs.
I work full-time and so am looking for someone who can make a regular commitment for Mon-Fri and in addition will be able to look after him overnight 2-3 nights per month while I am away with work and probably 1-3 weeks per annum if I go on holiday. As he's 3 I guess the job will last for many years to come!
He is fully up to date with all his vaccinations and he receives worming and flea treatments as directed by the vet.
