About Me/ Company

Olá!
My name is Joana Rodrigues, and I have recently moved to London. I am originally from Portugal, from a small town in the North of the country, Braga. I am 26 years old, and have finished my Masters Degree in Biological Engineer last year. I am currently unemployed, but I do have a strong will to work and learn!
I consider myself an optimistic person, who is always ready to learn new things and experience new paths of live. I am patient and friendly , but also organized and responsible.

Since my early years I have always been in contact with animals, specially dogs, since my family and I always had them with us.
My granparents had a farm, with all kinds of animals: cows, rabbits, chikens, dogs, cats, ducks and turkeys, so since I was a little girl I have learned to respect each one of them and treat them kindly.

Previous Experience

I consider myself an animal lover, without a doubt.

I had three dogs growing up, two of them have already passed away, but I still am a proud owner of a small she dog, who is super friendly and wants to play all the time! She is already 11 years old and enjoys our company very much.
I have no problem taking dogs for a walk, taking them to the veterinary, feeding, bathing and cuddling them. All needed for them to feel acepted, safe, healthy and happy, I am willingly ready to deliver.

I recently rescued two dogs from the streets (who were rudely abandoned by their owners) and found them a new and safe family.

Also, about two weeks ago I helped a young, frightened and mistreated dog to find a safe and loving new family.
