About Me/ Company

I live with Mike my partner, a big bouncy choccy lab called George, an elderly and cantankerous cat called Pixie and four hens. My family have always had dogs and/or cats around and when I was younger I spent a lot of time with horses.

Previous Experience

DOGS
my 'in laws' have two shih-tzus who regularly stay at our house. My friend has an elderly collie cross who has been walking with me. And then there's George, who as I said is big and bouncy and loves active walks.

CATS
We have a stray who comes to us for food, an occasional overnight stay when the weather is bad and vet care when he needs it, but who doesn't really want to be domesticated. Pixie is becoming very demanding in her old age (rather like a dowager Duchess!) and I have a whole album of photographs of me with cats throughout my growing up.

OTHERS
I have rat-sat for a friend, and had the usual hamsters and guines pigs as a child. I have also had several years general stable work.

Nearly all my qualifications are education related, but this has the advantage of meaning that I have been thoroughly CRB checked.

Relevant Info

I have no worries about clearing up poo, sick or any other animal leavings.

Cuddles come as standard, even for snakes, but I might think twice about big hairy spiders!

I am happy to care for any animal, either pet sitting, exercising or transport.
