About Me/ Company

My name is Jessie Matthews and I live close to Norwich city centre with my partner, Jack, my two pet rats (Macaroni and Cheese) and his corn snake (Medusa). We are huge animal lovers and have grown up around various sized dogs and cats and mice and snakes and all sorts of other pets as well.
I am not working so I can be flexible with times and work around the needs of you and your animals!

Previous Experience

I have been a pet-sitter for many family and friends, looking after cats and dogs that have both known me for a long time or not known me at all. I have lots of experience with looking after animals for various lengths of time.

- Pet sitting a very old fragile cat for my Nan. I have done this for 2 weeks at a time, on three separate occasions. Inc. feeding, cleaning tray, cleaning mishaps throughout house and general company.

- Pet sitting for a 8 month old cat for a week - Inc. feeding, letting out in early morn and evening, company.

- Experience in all areas from caring for my own dog - Inc. walking, cleaning, feeding, etc.

- Experience with smaller animals. I have owned mice and gerbils and I currently own two very well-loved rats! I am very comfortable with small animals and can clean out cages, feed, give water and handle/give exercise if needed.


I also have experience with more exotic animals. My partner has a snake so I do have some knowledge is this area too.

Other Services

I can work around the needs of you and your animal and I can be very flexible with times. I can walk pets, come in daily for general care such as feeding, or I can pet sit overnight or for longer times if you are away on holidays.
I do not have any fixed rates as it depends on the amount of care and travel needed, but I imagine it will be somewhere around the £6/hour mark. This is negotiable.
