Hi!
My name is Jessica, I'm 24 and I am currently 1 year into an office job working long hours for little reward.
I realized recently what I really, truly and passionately wanted to do was to work with animals, more specifically dogs, and more specifically in a positive, outdoors-y way where I can not only enhance my own lifestyle but spend time enhancing the lifestyles of dogs whose owners don't always have time time or health to walk them every day.
Basically I am now starting to build the experience that I hope in the end will lead me to opening my own business. But at this time that is not possible financially or practically. So for the time being I am just looking for some evening and weekend work, that I hope will lead to this being the dominant part of my life in the future.
Previous Experience
I come from a good background, I have a 2:1 degree in Psychology (2012) from a top-5 university. I have grown up around dogs and am perfectly comfortable around all shapes and sizes.
While volunteering at the Blue Cross I received informal dog walking training, but sadly left to travel the world before putting it into further practice.
