About Me/ Company

Im Jade, a 26 year old female originally from Sutton Coldfield. I have always from such a young age had such a passion for animals. Unfortunately when I was younger I was allergic to most dogs and cats, however since the age of 16 onwards this has disappeared much to my excitement.

I worked in the finance industry for the previous 6 years and so could not house my own paw pal due to working hours. This didnt stop me from volunteering at 2 local animal rescue shelters local to Birmingham in my spare time where I gained a huge amount of knowledge in caring for animals.

I have made the recent decision to relocate to Malvern to live with my partner and his family and really dont want to stop helping animals and their owners in any way I can. Here I take many walks along the hills and absolutely love being amongst nature, therefore I thought it would be the best opportunity for me to continue being around animals, and take them with me on my many walks :)

I am a very friendly and easy going girl. Your pets are your family and I treat any animal in my care like I would my own. I dont use a blanket approach when sitting dogs, instead I listen carefully to the owner, and assess the dogs needs beforehand to ensure I can provide the best service and that both dogs and owners are happy :)

Previous Experience

2 years of volunteering at local animal shelters in Birmingham. Not only did this teach ma valuble skills for the caring of all sorts of pets, but also what to look for in signs of distress for various animal types, and an insight into dog behaviour especially.

Qualifications & Training

no relevant qualifications as a dog walker as I did this in my own spare time volunteering at shelters.
