About Me/ Company

I am a qualified dog trainer, behaviourist and groomer offering dog walking and home boarding in my spare time. Singular walks where all the attention is devoted to your dog or group walks with sociable dogs available. All my client dogs are treated with the same love and care as my own (I have 3). I believe walks should not just be about physical exercise, but mentally stimulating, challenging and fun. So I like to take them to new places from woodland adventures to riverside walks with plenty of toys, treats and games along the way.

Previous Experience

I have worked as a behaviourist and trainer for 3 years alongside working in a rescue centre and have extensive experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, temperaments and behaviour issues. My experience has lead me to be able to successfully train and compete my own dogs in a variety of disciplines, including flyball, agility, rally obedience and competitive obedience. I have been walking and boarding for the past 2 years and have references available.

Qualifications & Training

I hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Applied Animal behaviour and training, graduating from Bishop Burton College. Also City and Guilds Dog Grooming Level 2 and 3 (pending). I hold a canine first aid certificate and microchip implanter certificate. I am always keen to learn more and extend my qualifications in canine behaviour and training, and frequently attend behaviour and training seminars, workshops and courses with international renowned behaviourists.
