Helen's Hounds provides a friendly, efficient and affordable dog walking and pet day care service.

Fully insured, CRB chacked and with key cover insurance.

I offer dog walking and pet day care visits,

I offer a personal service, tailored to the needs of my clients and their pets.

My own pets are very important to me and I love them dearly. When I have other peoples pets in my care I look after them just as I would my own pets as I recognise how much each and every pet means to its owner.

Before making any bookings I come along for "a get to you and your pets meeting". This meeting allows yourself and your pets to get to know me and gives me the opportunity to find out as much information as possible about your pets so that I can offer the best service possible. This meeting is free of charge and normally takes around half an hour.

I offer total peace of mind for you and your pets.

Previous Experience

I have turned my love for animals and experience with pets into my own business.

I spent my teenage years dog walking for neighbours, then worked in a pet shop, building up my knowledge of a wide variety of pets.

Then after spending many years working as a countryside ranger I decided to go it alone and start my own business doing what I loved.

Other Services

As well as providing daycare for dogs I also provide daycare for cats, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, rats etc. This service is ideal if you are going on holiday and would like to leave your pets in the familiar surroundings of your own home. daycar visits include cleaning, feeding and playtime.

If you are away on holiday and I am looking after your pets I can carry out any household duties you require such as watering plants/garden, opening closing curtains, putting out bins, emptying mailbox etc.
