About Me/ Company

Hi my name is Hayley. I'm just in the process of doing my doggy walking course but already DBS checked for child care.
I'm also a dog owner with one boy called Barney who's very used to other dogs as he used to have a step brother called Jack who died on 5th December from a short illness. I used to be a nanny for two girls who loved walking with Barney and I but due to these lock downs I'm no longer needed as the girls and their parents are working from home. So I've decided to come away from childcare and have the pleasure in walking dogs with mine instead. We always go to very safe places and if it's a drive away we always park in park car parks away from busy roads.

Previous Experience

As a family we've always had dogs in our lives mainly Staffordshire bull terriers. I'm not wary of any size dogs and I'm happy to walk any breed types.My house backs onto Tugmutton common with my garden gate literally a stone's throw from the park and we also have newstead woods less than 5 minutes away. I'm happy to lead walk if you are not happy for your dog to be off lead too.

Qualifications & Training

I'm in the process of doing an on line dog walking course which will certify me at the end, but having dogs all our lives and training them on recall, sit, stay, etc isn't that just common sense. I've worked in child care since 1999 and feel I need to move on from this and do something where our fur babies show appreciation with a waggy tail and a smile on their face. I'd love to meet a person or family who is in need of a dog walker who you can trust and will keep you informed of our walks with pictures sent directly to yourself to show you how happy they are in my company.

I can dog sit if needed and can also bring your fur baby back to my house or yours to look after them for the day.
