About Me/ Company

Happy Tails dog walking, home visits and pet taxi offers a friendly, reliable and fully insured service that you and your pet will be very happy with.

My name is Leanne and I have a suitable and safe vehicle to transport your pet, I am fully insured (including house keys), CRB police checked and can provide references on request. I can provide all this information when I meet you and your pet for the first time.

I will always meet you and your pet beforehand to discuss your needs and for your peace of mind.

As a pet owner myself I understand how important your pet is to you-they are more than just a pet, they are part of the family!

I have my very own addition to the family-Ralph! He is my mildly loopy, but loveable Cocker Spaniel who I rehomed in 2009 when he was 2. Other than his mad 5 minutes, he is a very laid back lad who is great around other dogs, cats and people and loves nothing more than going out for a walk, playing with his ball and then warming up and snoozing in front of the fire!

Previous Experience

I have owned dogs all my life and I also grew up on a farm so I am used to being around all creatures great and small!

As well as owning my own dogs, cats, horses, hamsters (to name but a few...!), I also have lots of experience working with animals including working at dog kennels and catteries, riding stables and livery yards.

I have a BTEC National Diploma in Animal Care where I completed work experience at "Dogs R Fun" dog training, dog kennels, pet shops and riding for the disabled.

I also have a Psychology degree which was inspired by my passion to learn more about animal behaviour.

Other Services

I provide a home visiting/pet sitting service for all pets including cats, hamsters, rabbits, horses, fish etc.

I will open and close curtains, pick up mail, turn lights on and off, water plants etc. all at no extra cost whilst caring for your pets.

I also provide a pet taxi service to and from the vets and dog groomers etc.
