About Me/ Company

Hello!
I'm Hannah, I'm 25 and I live in Stone.
I've been travelling around New Zealand for the past 9 months. Prior to my travels I was a Primary School teacher and now that I'm back I'm hoping to offer my services dog walking and sitting.
I am currently not working, but volunteering at the dogs trust. I've always loved dogs, have grown up with dogs and have looked after dogs.

Previous Experience

I grew up with a border collie, a rather crazy border collie, and that's where my love for dogs was sparked. Since then I've been lucky enough to be surrounded by dogs throughout my life of all breeds, sizes and personalities.
I have experience dog sitting and walking for my parent's Briard (Rufus), who was an extremely active, large breed dog. Sadly we lost him whilst I was travelling. However, my parent's are due to home a puppy within the next two months so I will soon have lots of puppy practice.

I also have experience walking and dog sitting a friend's collie cross, Tommy.

Whilst I was teaching and living in Nantwich, I was on the Borrow My Doggy website where I often walked a Norfolk Terrier called Ted. I also had Ted stay at my home a handful of times whilst his owners were away.

As well as this, during my time in NZ I stayed with a lady, and helped her with her 7 white German Shep and 8 miniatures daschunds! My duties included walking, grooming and feeding the dogs.

Relevant Info

A number of years ago I volunteered at the Dogs Trust, walking, feeding, grooming and generally exercising their dogs. Since being back in the UK I have taken up volunteering for them again. The volunteering is very flexible, I am only required at the centre a minimum of one day a week so can quite happily work around you.

I live very centrally in Stone and am able to walk to get your dog relatively easily and am within walking distance of a number of places for walking and playing. I also have a garden if you wish your dog to stay at mine.

I do not currently have insurance, but will as soon as possible.

If you would like a reference from any of the people whom I have dog sat/walked for do not hesitate to ask.
