About Me/ Company

Hi, my name is Julie and live in Thatcham, Berkshire. I have lived in this area most of my life. I am first and foremost an animal lover, however, dogs are my main love. I grew up with many animals, dogs, cats, rabbits, guinnea pigs and hamsters.

Since being married, my husband and I have always had German Shepherd Dogs, at the moment we have two GSD's, one male and one female, both are still young at 2yrs and 3 yrs old. They are very friendly dogs and both love to have a cuddle and a fuss. They both get on very well with other dogs and love to play.

We live a stones throw away from Thatcham Lakes and the Kennet & Avon Canal which allow for fantastic walks we also have numerous footpaths to follow on our doorstep, so places to walk is endless.

I will only walk your dog/s at any one time. I do not walk in groups with other dogs.

Dog walking: 1st dog £10.00
2nd dog £7.00


We have a dog friendly garden and with me being at home all day, I am able to offer Doggy Daycare. As I have an estate car, transport will not be a problem. I can collect your dog and deliver back home to you if needed for a small fee.

Doggy Daycare: £20 per day for one dog.

Of course, before committing ourselves, we would have to introduce our dogs to ensure that everyone got on. You would then feel confident leaving your baby with us.

Previous Experience

I have for the past 3 years, since being a puppy, looked after and walked a Springer Spaniel. His owners both work full-time, so having me to rely on means that it can give them peace of mind and they know not to worry about him.

Qualifications & Training

I have not and do not claim to hold any relevant qualifications for dog walking. However, I can assure you that while your dog is in my care, I can guarantee you he/she will be very well looked after with plenty of water, fed if requested and will receive lots of cuddles with plenty of playtime/exercise.

Other Services

Should you have a holiday booked or you're due for a hospital visit and are worried about any of your smaller furry pets, I would be happy to either pop in and check on them, give water/food if needed, or I could care for them at my home. I am fairly flexible and leave all options open for consideration.

Or, if you have a cat that needs checking on, feeding or just simply needs a cuddle, I can pop in and do this.
