About Me/ Company
I work as a private dog walker aiming to help those who may not have the time or ability to walk their dog on a daily basis as all dogs need.
I am happy to walk all kinds of dogs with all kinds of needs, whether it is one, long walk a day or three short ones, to run or to amble and to play or to avoid other dogs.
Previous Experience
In the past, I have enjoyed taking out the dogs of neighbours, friends and family for a good walk, run and play around. I have also had the opportunity to take care of dogs for friends that have gone on holiday for a few weeks.
I have cared for dogs of all kinds: big and small, disciplined and unruly, outgoing and shy, mixed breeds and pure breeds.
Above all, I have been lucky enough to have my own dog, Aki. I take pride in training him and teaching him new tricks. When we adopted Aki, he was a full-sized (yet still a puppy!) BEAR who would get on his hind legs at every greeting, making him as big as you and me. He had never been shown that biting playfully or leaving poop around the house was wrong; a lot of work needed to be done! Whilst still having a cheeky, hyper nature that defines him, Aki is now much easier to handle on walks or in the house.
Since training my own dog, I have transferred these skills to training the dogs of friends. Whether it be to control the big and potentially dangerous or to keep in check the small and yappy, training dogs has always been a passion of mine.
Other Services
I am offering other services such as dog sitting in your own home to care for your canine whilst you go on holiday whether it be for a long weekend or a month away.
I can offer visits during the day to check up on any naughty, over excited or lonely puppies and dogs.
