I have a Dog Walking and Pet Home Sitting Professional Diploma.
Both my husband (who helps me sometimes) and I are CRB checked and I hold full public liabilty insurance.

Previous Experience

My name is Gill and I currently work part time as a doctors receptionist but as I love animals I have decided to also provide a part time dog walking and pet home sitting service. I worked previously as a qualified nurse and then as a nursery nurse manager.

My husband and I have both had dogs, cats and various other small animals including tropical fish as pets for most of our lives. We jointly fostered cats on behalf of Wharfe Valley Cats Protection for over 10 years before moving house in 2011.

We are proud owners of a beautiful black and white cat called Wes who we fostered and then adopted from Cats Protection. Until recently we had a lovely German Shepherd cross called Sam whom we adopted from the RSPCA. Unfortunately Sam recently passed away due to extreme old age and he is still sorely missed.

Other Services

Can look after other animals including cats, rabbits & various small animals as well as dogs. If I am pet sitting I can also water plants, draw curtains at night and pick up post if required
