About Me/ Company

Furry friends dogwalkers is a small, family run business that aims to offer a reliable, dedicated and friendly service. We have a genuine love for animals in general and dogs in particular and over ten years experience of looking after them. We put a lot of work into building a relationship with the dogs that we look after.

We don't have a conveyor belt type approach to dog walking: your needs and those of your dog come first. We can walk your dog in small groups or individually, depending on your preference. The dogs in the walking groups are matched by age, size and temperament. Your dog will be kept on a lead until a relationship with the dog is established. We can walk your dog as a one off or on an ongoing basis.

The walks take place in West London parks, depending on where your dog lives. We operate primarily in the boroughs of Kensington & Chelsea but can cover nearby geographical areas (e.g. Battersea, Fulham).
Your dog will be picked up from your doorstep in a vehicle that is suitable for transporting dogs and dropped off after the walk. We genuinely enjoy canine company and taking care of dogs, so you can be sure that your pet will have had plenty of attention, play and exercise during its time with us. We are CRB checked and fully insured. References are available on request.

In order to help you decide if we can provide the right service for you and your pet we start off by arranging a visit to discuss your needs and those of your pal at a time that is convenient to you.

We are a dogwalking service with a conscience: we donate 5% of our profit to animal welfare charities and only use biodegradable and compostable poo bags.

Previous Experience

We have over ten years experience of looking after dogs of varying sizes, ages and breeds. We have extensive knowledge about dog behaviour and can provide basic advice on how to manage it.

Day care & boarding

Day care includes a minimum of two walks, play/exercise, socialising and feeding. The cost is £30 per day (£35 for an overnight stay). The cost of boarding for more than three days/nights is £22.

Walks last 1 hour (excluding pick up and drop off), depending on your dog’s age, health and needs

Home & vet visits

We are also happy to take care of your pets in their environment. Services provided include playing, feeding, watering and cleaning and those occasional trips to the vet. The cost is £15 for one hour and £8 for half an hour
