Previous Experience

I have been regularly walking a (now 5 year old) black labrador once a week for the the last two years. Initially starting with a 2 hour walk, we now walk for 4 hours. A happy consequence of our extend walk is that his walking stamina has developed, and he has been able to lose a total of 2.6kg; he is now a healthier weight for his age and breed.
