About Me/ Company

I have recently finished work in childcare. I used to own three dogs, however I have had to move to London for my own personal reasons and the dogs have remained with my parents. However they frequently call me up to look after our dogs. I often take the time off my current job as a nursery assistant to do this.

I miss owning and walking a dog. I am in an ideal location for walking a dog but not for owning a dog due to the flat I live in. So an ideal job for me would be to work on a casual basis or on regular weekends as I will be a supply teaching assistant as of September. During school holidays I am entirely flexible.

I am willing to travel anywhere to dog sit. However if the journey is more than half an hours drive (drive not train ride) away, I will request that some of my petrol is reimbursed.

I have pitched my price at £7 an hour (not including the time I am asleep in somone's home) as I realise that my experience of dog and house sitting is limited. However if the right applicant finds my services valuable and wants to make my visits a regular thing, I would expect a rise, that would be entirely negotiable.

I am able to bring my long term boyfriend with me if some applicants would prefer this. He has also owned pets and is as fond as them as I am.

I have got a mild phobia of alsations, so I will not consider applicants with an alsation unless it is a young puppy.

Previous Experience

I have owned dogs(two borders and two dachsunds) and understand the importance of their routine and wellbeing.

I frequently look after my boyfriends Jack Russel on an overnight basis. We have had many an adventure in Richmond Park.

I have not advertised myself as a dog sitter before. However I believe I believe I have qualities that would be ideal for a dog sitter/walker.

Other Services

I will also consider applicants with other pets. Reptiles, farm animals and birds I have no experience with but can be left with instructions on how to take care of them. Though I am a firm believer in common sense and believe that I am capable. I only request no one asks me to look after their spider as unfortunatly, unlike my alsation phobia, I feel I will never overcome it!
