About Me/ Company

Hi!
I'm a 46-year old professional PA/Secretary living in Hertfordshire who is also a doting animal lover and hoping to build up my free time caring for, and walking, pets whose owners are in need of a helping hand! I am extremely animal-friendly and find that animals instantly warm to me and to my caring and compassionate nature.
I am a friendly, hard-working individual and possess common sense, integrity, honesty and a great sense of fun. I'm not worried about dirty paws on my clothes, cat hair, mud or anything else animal-related as I love all furry creatures and everything that goes with them!
I am a non-smoker and a car driver, and am very happy to use my car to take dogs out for walks.

Previous Experience

I am a volunteer dog walker (and cat cuddler!) for the RSPCA at Southridge, Hertfordshire and spend several hours per week there, loving every minute!
Previously, I have been a cat owner several times over and have been around animals since I was a child. I currently help out with the dog-walking for my mother's dog; a lively, neurotic, gorgeous cross-breed Collie, itself a 'rescue centre' dog.

Qualifications & Training

I currently hold a CRB (Crinimal Records Bureau) check for voluntary work I did at a secondary school in the Borough of Enfield as a volunteer learning mentor. Prior to that, I worked as a volunteer for a Pupil Referral Unit, again holding the relevant CRB check.

Other Services

I am also interested in helping out elderly citizens who may be hospitalised for a period of time and who have no-one to care for their pets.
