Here at EEC We pride ourselves in offering exceptional care for all of your pets, because we understand they are part of the family, and it can be a worry leaving them behind.

We offer animal care while you are away on holiday, in the animals own environment, to ensure minimum stress for your animals.

We also offer care on a day to day basis for all animals including dog walks, visiting cats and horse care eg. mucking out, turning out and feeding.

Previous Experience

Have had many many years experience with all animals, starting from a very young child with a cat, then rabbits as i got older, then around 10 years old, started helping at my local farm which kept show horses and also sheep, so loved lambing season and helped hand rear lambs, even as a child I loved helping muck out and feed horses, also helped look after kittens which were born in the farm barn. As a young adult then went on to have my first dog, and small animals such as Hamsters, Gerbils and Cockatiel's. My daughter then got to that age as i did and asked for a Horse, so at this stage began our journey into the world as horse owners, firstly by having horses on loan then continuing on to purchase our own.

Experienced with all breeds of dogs, from small to large. have gained lots of experience with giving medication from tablets to insulin injections and am also confident with ear cleaning/cleaning eyes and applying creams and ointments. Can spot common illnesses and advise on treatment.

Am experienced with walking blind dogs, both from loss of eyes and just progression of loss through old age, am also experienced with the needs of a diabetic dog and watching for the highs and lows and any signs which require a vets immediate attention.

Qualifications & Training

As a dog owner myself I understand how you feel when planning days out, and understand that there is a worry about leaving your dog alone. I am able to come in and spend time with your dog, giving your dog 100% attention and also take them for a nice walk so you can have days away without worrying, you will know that your dog is in safe hands and all their needs are being met.

We have lots of packages available to suit all needs so whether you are just going to be home a little later, and need a one off visit, or you are going on holiday for a short period or long period, we can set up the perfect package that you will be happy with.

We work all our packages out with the owners to ensure your dogs normal routine is kept, and so we are able to meet all the needs of your dog. Each dog is an individual and all owners have different ways in which they like things.
