Perhaps the nicest aspect of our job is the life long associations we have with our dogs and their owners because they keep coming back.

This leads to their dogs feeling and being treated as part of our family.
Our owners love the peace of mind provided while their dogs are looked after in a secure, happy, stress free, 100% home from home environment.

We have a very select client list, all of whom are very happy to provide references if required.

We operate a defined process to ensure your dog will get along with our dogs and those who may be staying with us.

Specialising in small breeds, whilst each dog is unique,ensures we are fully familiar with breed temperaments, behaviours, grooming needs, plus relevant allergies and specific, eyes and ears needs.

We also feel that our small breed preference helps ensure that your dog feels comfortable and secure among dogs of their own size.

We are NOT a bulk boarding operation. The individual welfare of your pets is the objective of our service.

Your dog will board with our 2 shihtzus plus a maximum of 2 other visiting dogs (unless more than one from same family is booked in).

Our home is 100% dog friendly with your dogs getting the full run of the house and garden every day.

Ground floor has Amtico flooring throughout ground floor which is steam cleaned daily.

Garden is 125ft, lawned dog friendly and securely fenced.

For socialisation walks and exercise your dogs will spend approx 2 hours per day in Sparrow Woods and Petts Wood Park.

This provides acres of woodland and fields where we and our dogs and ourselves are well known by the local dog walking community

Your dogs however will NOT be walked off of the lead

- Plus £15 per additional dog from same family
- Add 45p per mile round trip if we pickup and dropoff
- Includes daily brush comb ear and eye clean 2 walks

House visits / Dog Walking:
£15 per hour - minimum booking one hour
- Please add 45p per mile for petrol to and from your address

House sitting at your address:
£35 per day
- Please add 45p per mile round trip
- Regardless of number of pets

PUBLIC LIABILITY
Limit of Indemnity: £2,000,000
Third Party Property Damage Excess: £250 each and every loss
CARE, CUSTODY AND CONTROL OF ANIMALS
Limit of indemnity: £5,000
Excess: £50 each and every claim
The policy is extended to indemnify the insured in respect of all sums that they become legally liable to pay in respect of accidental injury to animals in the care, custody or control of the insured.
Pet minding: It is warranted that no more than 6 dogs are minded in the insured's own home or premises. In place of, or in addition to any dogs, small animals to a total value of not more than £1000 may be minded in the insured’s own home or premises.

Pet walkers: It is warranted that no more than 6 pets are walked at any one time. The owner's written consent must be obtained before pets are exercised off lead.

House-sitting: The activities of the Insured may include house-sitting, being the care of such animals, ensuring that they remain fed and watered with adequate shelter, and notifying a veterinary professional in the event of illness or injury discovered. Cover excludes riding or exercising

HOMESITTING
Where the appropriate premium has been paid, the policy is extended to include claims arising as a result of loss of or damage to property in the care, custody or control of the insured.
Excess is £250 each and every claim.
LOSS OF KEYS
Limit of indemnity: £10,000 anyone event or series of events arising out of one original cause.
Excess: Nil each and every claim
The policy is extended to indemnify the insured in respect of all sums that they become legally liable to pay in respect of lost keys
FAMILY EXTENSION
This extension does not apply to Home sitting
The policy is effective in respect of claims arising through accidental bodily injury, physical loss or damage caused as a result of the actions of the insured's spouse, partner, children (aged 16 or above) or parents, as if the accidental bodily injury, physical loss or damage had been caused by the insured.
