Dogs & Walks, based in Wakefield offers a great value, personal and practical alternative to kennels. We welcome all breeds of dog. Every pet we care for is treated like one of our family. Our home backs directly onto Silcoates Park, Alverthorpe Meadows and Wrenthorpe Conservation Area which has miles of safe, open parkland free from traffic.
Our rear garden is enclosed with a gapless 6ft high fence with padlocked 6ft gapless gate so you can be sure you dog is safe and secure with us. We allow your dog to roam free throughout our 5 downstairs rooms which includes a climate controlled conservatory with dog settees and beds for all year round comfort. Access to our rear garden is unrestricted and dogs are NEVER shut outside. We have kept dogs all our lives and currently have a 2 year old pet Apricot Labradoodle named "Doodles" a friendly, outgoing and sociable dog who loves the company of other dogs.
We are fully licensed by the Local Authority, DBS checked (new CRB) and fully insured including Third Party Public Liability Insurance. We welcome visits with your dog to discuss your requirements, to view our home and meet Doodles so you judge our services before you commit to any booking.
We also provide a wide range of other services including doggy day care, dog walking, pet and house sitting and pet transport services.
