About Me/ Company

Doggies in Wonderland are a Sheffield based ( S6) Dog walking company catering for all of your dogs needs. We understand after having 5...yes.. 5 dogs ( all at the same time might we add!) of all different breeds that each dog has their own personality and certain requirements with their routine. We have managed difficult dogs as well as very active dogs and we will create a schedule for your dogs needs on our fee free, shake of the paw service! We also have a lot of contacts within the doggie world such as "groomers" " Raw Meat feeding" which we can assist you with or answer any questions you may have. When we take your dog for its first FREE walk as part of our service, we will monitor behavior such as aggression, nervousness, and ability to socialize with other dogs, as its important your dog likes us as we like them!

Sian's and Chris' passion for dogs came from a young age and between them have owned many dogs of all types of breeds and ages, from full pedigree KC Registered to re-homing from the RSPCA. At one stage Chris and Sian had five dogs living with them ( Labrador, Staffordshire Bull Terrier X Labrador, Bullweiler ( 50% Bull dog 50% Rotweiller), Labrador X Lurcher and a Labrador Retriever. The ages ranged from puppy to 6 years old so ensuring that they all were happy together took a lot of work and time as well as exercising them 3-5 times a day so they didn't destroy the house from top to bottom!

Now, they have 3 permanent dogs and 3 days a week look after Sian's parents Labrador ( 8 Years old) and walk them between 3 and sometimes up to 6 times a day. After walking in all different locations such as Roman Road ( Ringinglow) Ecclesall Woods, Rivelin Valley, Ladybower , Endcliffe Park, they were constantly asked if they had "room" for more dogs to walk... which never crossed their minds at the time! As Chris works from home and Sian working just 6 doors from home, it came to conclusion that they should persue a dog walking business since demand was high and it stopped people asking how many dogs they could take!!

From Sian's father ( a butcher!) who raw fed his dog, Sian and Chris also made the decision to start raw feeding their dogs and also Honey, the Bullweiler from 10 weeks old. Raw fed is indeed that... Raw food from Turkey Necks, Tripe, Chicken legs, Whole Rabbits ( with fur!) minced meat and lots more variety's.
