DOG AND ADULT FITNESS CLASSES.

If your dog is overweight, is at home all day, or just enjoys great walks and being outdoors then DOG FIT could be for them! I offer more than just a dog walking service and can take your dog running, for a day out, or for a long walk socialising in a pack; all essential for a healthy, happy pooch.

Or if you wish you could join in the fun sometimes, why not come along too? I offer fitness sessions where you get to run alongside your four legged friend, whether you are a complete beginner or familiar with running already with a few surprises thrown in along the way too!
