About Me/ Company

Diamond Dog Walking and pet services offers both group and single walks for your very important pets! Fun and varied walks including time for play, socialisation if appropriate, stimulation and relaxation. All breeds of dog welcome regardless of size and strength.
Additional services include home visits for toilet breaks/ feeding/ cleaning out dogs, cats, rabbits and other small animals.
Transport for routine vet visits, pet sitting in your own home also available.
Happy to tailor to your individual pets needs and every pet is treated as nothing less than a VIP.

Previous Experience

As a volunteer for Homeless Hounds I have spent time with dogs of varied breeds, sizes and personalities. For me, gaining the trust of a rescue dog and seeing the enjoyment they get from time spent with them is the most rewarding aspect.
I am experienced in walking strong and reactive dogs and am happy to take on a challenge! Although I am not a trainer and would not claim to be, should your dog require some work with basic commands, lead pulling etc this can be incorporated in time spent with your dog.
My previous work commitments have meant that having a dog of my own has not been possible however I grew up with a dog and spend all of my spare time with the rescues. I have fostered and regularly have the rescues at home overnight for sleepovers to give then a break from kennels.
I have a cat, my little Princess and a horse having had horses for 15 years.
I am an animal lover in every sense of the word and your pet would be treated as I treat my own.
I have experience working through vet led rehabilitation plans and would be confident in supporting your pet should they be recovering from injury.
My experience has taught me the importance of allowing time for play, stimulation and relaxation which requires more than a run round the field.

Qualifications & Training

No qualifications are required to be a dog walker however I am fully insured as a dog walker/ pet sitter including key cover.
Trusting a stranger with a key to your home as well as with your beloved pet is a huge decision. References and recommendations can be provided on request without hesitation.
Diamond dogs are recommended by Mark's Pet Shop of Fleetwood.
